Rental rates are based on six
person occupancy. There is a $49.00 per week charge for each additional
person.

All rates are subject to 12% sales

A $300.00 deposit is required to
confirm a reservation.

50% of rental charges must be
received 60 days prior to check-in. Balance due upon arrival.

A 60 day cancellation notice is
required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of deposit.
No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival.

A $300.00 security deposit (or credit card guarantee) is
required. Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure, less
any damages.

All rates in US Dollars. We accept
checks or money orders. Credit cards are accepted for deposits and last
minute bookings (MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express).

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and
check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

All persons under 25 years of age
must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian).
